Satisfaction surveys in HRM
Virtual employees are very important category in the current world as every organization has implemented work form home concept as the outbreak of world pandemic in 2019. Virtual employee also just like the regular employee who is working for your organization. The working place is changing where they are not working in offices but in home or any other place. The virtual employees have the responsibility in work but in some cases, they are not been directly hired by the company (Kim & Ausar, 2018)

undertaken to see the
outcome of the employees as per the services provided by the employer.
Satisfied employees are assets in the organizations and thus, measuring employee
satisfaction is very important and critical (Zhu & Smith, 2019). There are different
reasons for the satisfaction of the employees and identification of these
reasons can make the successful outcomes in the organizational activities. Most famous criteria in the employee satisfaction are as
follows.

These categories are providing the success and
the necessary applications in the satisfaction management in the organizations.
In accordance with these applications, it is very important to undertake the employment satisfaction survey and to
understand the pitfalls in the companies (Mohite & Kulkarni, 2019).
There are methods in measuring employee
satisfaction. One such most famous method is the survey method that the human
resource manager can use in measuring and understanding the satisfaction level
of the employees (Mansfield, 2018). This can be used in the virtual
employees as well. Here, a questionnaire is used with the different dimensional
questions to support the employee in understanding the satisfaction level. The
questionnaire is included with the different questions in different situations
and regarding different applications (Persson & Nilsson, 2019)Along with this,
dissatisfaction areas of employees can be identified in a successful manner. Thus,
it is very important to have the virtual employee job satisfaction survey as
well as the measuring of the satisfaction in virtual employees is very
difficult and not like measuring the satisfaction in nonvirtual employees.

This can make the
managers understand about the satisfactory factors and non-satisfactory factors
in order to manage the outcomes and this is becoming a mere responsibility of
the HRM department
(Park et al, 2015). Survey method can be recorded as the
most effective and matching method in the employee satisfaction identification
and it is very important to have the clear identification in the new strategy
implementation regarding the employees as well.
Conclusion
Virtual employees are working for the organizations in the
remote places and not in the designated working places. Along with this
application, it can be recorded that the employee management and satisfaction
identification is very important. For this fact, employee satisfaction survey
can be recorded as important and critical in order to have the better
satisfaction and outcome in the operations. Therefore, measuring employee
satisfaction is important. Survey is one of the most famous and effective
method which the managers are using in measuring the employee satisfaction of
the employees.

Job satisfaction is clearly visible by the employee’s attitude towards the work. Satisfied employees work with positive attitude while unsatisfied employees work with negative attitudes. (Amstrong, 2006 cited in Asgar and Oino, 2018,3)
